Over the years I have found that you have to approach confidence from the inside-out and the outside-in, simultaneously, for the best results.
I’m pretty realistic. I want to lead a fabulous life…but I’d like to look my best whilst doing it.
You can look incredible, but if you don’t have much in your life that is filling you up, it means NOTHING. At the end of the day, looks change over time, and if you’re always comparing yourself to others to see how you measure up on the outside, then as you age, you ain’t going to get any happier.
As well, you can be really satisfied within your relationships, career, finances, social life, but you can feel like there’s something missing if you look in the mirror and the figure that is looking back at you doesn’t match who you are on the inside. That just sucks. So that’s why I address BOTH ways. Because I have worked with women in both of these situations. You need to feel good inside and outside. That’s where true inner confidence lives, and once you unleash this….well… your life changes.
